Message from the Founder
Trade is not driven by visibility or volume of communication; it is driven by disciplined execution and structured control. At Arya Nova Group of Companies, we operate on a clear principle: every engagement must be commercially viable, technically defined, and operationally executable before it enters execution.
The Group is built around a system-based approach to international trade where specifications are confirmed in advance, documentation is managed with precision, and every transaction follows defined milestones from initiation to delivery. This structure ensures consistency across markets and reduces operational uncertainty for all counterparties.
Our focus is not on individual transactions, but on building repeatable, long-term trade relationships supported by process integrity and accountability. We work with partners who value clarity, reliability, and disciplined execution in cross-border supply chains.
Arya Nova Group of Companies continues to strengthen its position as a structured international trading group across multiple commodities, serving institutional buyers, distributors, and procurement organizations across global markets.

Our history
Arya Nova Group was founded as a specialist leather export and import distribution business, establishing its initial trade networks across regional markets. From its earliest operations, the Group prioritised direct supplier relationships and end-to-end logistics control — principles that would define its commercial approach for decades to come.
Recognising the commercial advantage of controlling the full product cycle, the Group moved upstream into leather processing — commissioning a dedicated production operation employing 40 skilled tailors crafting premium leather jackets. Simultaneously, a network of retail antique shops was developed to distribute the Group’s own product portfolio, establishing direct access to end consumers and eliminating intermediary dependency. This early commitment to vertical integration remains a defining characteristic of the Group’s operating model.
The Group entered industrial-scale raw material importation, sourcing and supplying large volumes of materials — including carpet base goods, furniture components, and household manufacturing inputs — to factory operations across the region. This move marked the Group’s transition from retail-adjacent trade into structured business-to-business supply, broadening its commercial base and supply chain capabilities.
Alongside its trading activities, the Group developed a parallel real estate portfolio under the Arya Properties division. Strategic property acquisitions were pursued as both a capital preservation strategy and an operational infrastructure investment — securing facilities to support the Group’s expanding commercial footprint. This division continues to form part of the Group’s long-term asset management strategy.
The Group launched its premium dry fruits and nuts export programme, marking its formal entry into international agricultural commodity trade. Leveraging Afghanistan’s unique climate and heritage as one of the world’s foremost producers of high-quality dried fruits, the Group established supply relationships across South Asia, Central Asia, and West Africa — building an export infrastructure that would become one of its most significant long-term revenue streams.
In response to critical healthcare supply needs across Afghanistan, the Group entered a strategic distribution collaboration with Silab Bahar for the importation and national distribution of vaccines sourced from Poland, India, China, and South Korea. Operating within internationally recognised pharmaceutical handling and cold-chain protocols, this programme positioned the Group as a trusted partner in essential health commodity distribution — demonstrating its capacity to operate with precision in highly regulated and logistically complex sectors.
A network of dedicated dry fruit processing centres was established, elevating the Group’s agricultural export operations from raw commodity trading to value-added processing. Critically, this expansion created direct employment for over 300 Afghan women, who were engaged in skilled hand-picking, cleaning, grading, and packaging operations. This initiative reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to inclusive economic development and supply chain integrity — ensuring that quality control is embedded at every point of origin.
The Group formalised its farm-to-market sourcing strategy through the introduction of direct-from-farm procurement partnerships, underpinned by soil testing programmes and structured organic farming protocols. By working directly with farmers at the point of cultivation, the Group strengthened traceability across its agricultural supply chain, improved consistency of premium grade yields, and aligned its sourcing practices with internationally recognised standards for organic and sustainable production.
The Group established a dedicated operational office in Hyderabad, India, extending its South Asian trade network and enabling direct market participation in one of the world’s largest and most dynamic consumer economies. The India office facilitated two-directional trade flows — managing the importation of rice and select agricultural products from India, while simultaneously expanding premium Afghan dry fruit exports into Indian and neighbouring regional markets. This dual-direction model typifies the Group’s approach to new market entry: establishing genuine bilateral trade rather than one-dimensional distribution.
The Group significantly scaled its premium saffron and pine nut export operations in response to sustained demand growth in international markets. Afghan saffron — widely regarded as among the finest in the world — and high-grade pine nuts became flagship commodities within the Group’s agricultural export portfolio. Large-volume pine nut consignments to China marked the Group’s deepening engagement with one of the world’s largest commodity import markets, reinforcing its position as a credible and capable supplier of premium Afghan agricultural produce at scale.
The Group formalised its entry into the United Kingdom and European markets, establishing an operational and commercial presence to serve growing demand for premium Afghan commodities and to support the Group’s broader international trade coordination activities. This expansion positioned Arya Nova Group within one of the world’s most sophisticated trading and regulatory environments, reinforcing its commitment to full compliance, transparency, and long-term market relationships across developed economies.
The Group’s most recent expansion brings its operational footprint to the United States, with a presence established in California. This milestone marks Arya Nova Group’s entry into the world’s largest economy and reflects the Group’s confidence in the North American market for premium agricultural commodities and broader trade services. The California office serves as the Group’s North American commercial hub, supporting both direct market activity and international trade coordination.
Arya Nova Group has redefined what we expect from a trade partner. Their commitment to documentation-led execution meant that our bulk medical supply procurement was handled with zero compliance friction. In a sector where 'near enough' isn't good enough, Arya Nova delivers absolute precision.

Scaling our distribution across the EMEA region required a partner who understood both the logistics and the rigid specification controls of food commodities. Arya Nova’s disciplined procurement process ensures that every shipment of sea food and grain meets our exact standards, every single time.

I have worked with many holding groups, but Arya Nova stands out for their 'Clinical Luxury' approach to corporate trade. They treat a bulk toy shipment with the same level of traceability and documentation as a high-grade medical contract. They are the gold standard for repeatable international execution.
